Founder & Executive Chairman
Jack Ruele is a builder at heart — of companies, communities, and ideas with purpose. Born in Rustenburg and rooted in science, Jack blends his background in medical research with a deep passion for African innovation. He founded Innovance Ventures to do more than create businesses — to ignite movements that solve real problems in health, agriculture, education, and procurement.
Under Jack’s leadership, Innovance Ventures has grown into a powerhouse of talent — a multidisciplinary team of qualified experts, innovators, and professionals who share a common mission: to build ventures that create meaningful change. With specialists across software development, research, logistics, and business strategy, the team brings both depth and agility to every project.
